WILLACY COUNTIES UNTIL 1245 PM CDT...
At 1208 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Los Fresnos High School to Library
Memorial Middle School to La Encantada Elementary School. Movement
was northwest at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
