  of rain has fallen in some locales. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly.

CENTRAL HAMPDEN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 715 PM EDT...

The line of thunderstorms that produced heavy rainfall across south 
central Massachusetts has tracked south of the area. Periods of 
light to locally moderate rain are expected to continue thru 8 pm, 
then begin to taper off. While this rainfall may slow or impede the 
recession of any standing floodwaters, renewed flooding is not 
expected. As a result, the Flash Flood Warning that was previously 
in effect will be allowed to expire. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.
