  Southeastern Mitchell County in north central Iowa...
  Western Howard County in northeastern Iowa...

* Until 845 PM CDT.
    
* At 800 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Osage, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Mitchell and western Howard Counties, including the
  following locations... County Roads 17 And T 72, County B 17 And
  Bell Avenue, Orchard, New Haven and Highways 9 And 218.
