.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
A very strong low over the northern gulf tracks slowly onshore 
around Icy Bay this afternoon. Its associated storm force weather 
front moves onshore into the Panhandle this morning. Another low 
develops in the northern gulf tonight and slowly migrates into the
eastern gulf Saturday. A ridge of high pressure develops across 
the Panhandle this afternoon and weakens Saturday.
