The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from noon to 10 PM PST Thursday. 

* TIMING...Winds will increase late Thursday morning and peak
  during the afternoon and early evening before decreasing by
  midnight.  

* WINDS...Southwest to west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 40 to 50
  mph. 

* IMPACTS...Winds will make driving difficult for motorcyclists,
  large trucks, trailers, and campers traveling on Interstate 15
  and Interstate 40 in San Bernardino County. Areas of blowing
  dust and sand could cause areas of lower visibility.
