* Until 315 PM PDT.

* At 1213 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rainbow Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, Spring Mountains, Blue Diamond,
  Mary Jane Falls Campground, Kyle Canyon Campground, Fletcher View
  Campground, Rocky Gap Campground, Lovell Canyon Campground and
  Spring Mountain Ranch.
