  Southwestern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* Until 100 AM MST.

* At 1001 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates of 
  rain rates over an inch per hour are possible. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Topock, Yucca, Windy Point Campground,
  Three Dunes Campground, Desert Hills, Golden Valley, Packsaddle
  Campground, Cattail Cove State Park, Chloride, New Kingman-Butler,
  Dolan Springs, Hualapai Mountain Park, Wild Cow Campground and
  Hualapai Peak.

This includes Interstate 40 in Arizona near mile marker 1, and
between mile markers 8 and 61.

SOUTHWESTERN MOHAVE COUNTY...

At 1033 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing very heavy rain, with rain rates over 2 
inches per hour over the warned area. Flash flooding is imminent.

These very heavy rainfall rates will result in washes with fast 
moving water over roadways. This fast moving water can easily wash 
automobiles off of the roadway. Do NOT try to drive through flooded 
washes and roadways.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Topock, Yucca, Windy Point Campground,
Three Dunes Campground, Desert Hills, Golden Valley, Packsaddle
Campground, Cattail Cove State Park, Chloride, New Kingman-Butler,
Dolan Springs, Hualapai Mountain Park, Wild Cow Campground and
Hualapai Peak.

At 1201 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms which produced very heavy rain over the warned area. 
Flash flooding is ongoing in the city of Kingman and surrounding 
areas. 

The heaviest rains are moving out of the area but lingering flooding 
due to these storms is still ongoing. Heed road closures and do not 
drive through any flooded roadways or intersections. 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Topock, Yucca, Windy Point Campground,
Three Dunes Campground, Desert Hills, Golden Valley, Packsaddle
Campground, Cattail Cove State Park, Chloride, New Kingman-Butler,
Dolan Springs, Hualapai Mountain Park, Wild Cow Campground and
Hualapai Peak.

  rescues and stranded vehicles were also reported. While the 
  majority of the heavy rainfall has exited the area, impacts of 
  ongoing flooding is expected to persist for another couple hours. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Kingman, Topock, Yucca, Windy Point Campground, Three Dunes 
  Campground, Desert Hills, Golden Valley, Packsaddle Campground, 
  Cattail Cove State Park, Chloride, New Kingman-Butler, Dolan
