The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 745 PM MST.

* At 610 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  one and two inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly remote areas of southern
  Santa Cruz County.

This includes Route 82 between mile markers 3 and 8.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of washes
and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
