DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES...

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM CDT this evening. The Fire
Weather Watch is no longer in effect. 

* WIND...Northwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Near 25 percent.

* TEMPERATURE...65 to 70 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
