* At 832 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rain 
  across the warned area. Rainfall totals of one to two inches have 
  fallen across the warned area today. Public reports minor flooding 
  ongoing across Benton County Arkansas. Additional flash flooding 
  is expected to become more widespread.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
