...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 4 PM CST this afternoon. 

* TIMING...Winds will quickly increase by mid-morning, with 
  strong wind gusts persisting through the afternoon hours. 

* WINDS...South-southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...These strong southerly wind gusts will result in 
  potentially dangerous cross-winds on east-west oriented roads 
  and highways. Motorists should use caution, especially in 
  high- profile vehicles. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or gusts to
45 mph are expected. Steps should be taken to secure any lawn
furniture or light weight objects and use extra caution when
driving.
