The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 6 PM CST this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 054, 055, 056, 058, and 059. * WIND...West winds at 15 to 20 MPH with gusts upwards of 25 to 30 MPH. * HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values of 19 to 24 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
