MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a High Wind
Warning, which is in effect until 4 AM CDT early this morning. 


* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH SUSTAINED
  WITH GUSTS FROM 55 TO 65 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...Driving may be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Also be sure to secure loose outdoor items.
