heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Burlington, Olpe, New Strawn, Hartford and John Redmond Reservoir.
This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 117 and 125.
