  Northwestern Worth County in south central Georgia...

* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 1040 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen in the past hour northeast of Leesburg. An 
  additional 1 to 2 inches of rain is possible. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leesburg, Albany, Stocks, Forrester, Palmyra, Century, Jordan
  Place, Starksville, Byne Crossroads, Armena, Philema, Mossy Dell
  and Oakfield.
