  Southwestern Wakulla County in Big Bend of Florida...
  Northeastern Franklin County in Big Bend of Florida...

* Until 945 AM EDT.

* At 740 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Around 9 inches of rain has 
  fallen just south of Sopchoppy along Highway 319. Additional heavy 
  rainfall is expected through 945 AM EDT. Flash flooding is 
  expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sopchoppy, Saint Teresa, Turkey Point, Bald Point, Panacea-Wakulla
  Airport, Mcintyre, Sanborn, Tully, Panacea, Medart, Buckhorn,
  Curtis Mill and Alligator Point.
