* At 429 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain over portions over the North Fork of the Virgin River
and the Narrows in Zion National Park as well as Oak Creek,
Crystal Creek, and Deep Creek. Up to one inch of rain has already
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
