The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Wind Advisory...which is in effect until 9 PM PST this evening. * Winds...South to southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph. * Timing...Winds increasing around 8 am and peaking 11 am through the afternoon then gradually decreasing after that. * Location...San Bernardino County high deserts. * Visibility...Locally down to a mile or less in blowing dust or sand. * Impacts...Strong winds will make travel difficult for high- profile vehicles.
