  tornado was located 7 miles northwest of Hartville, or 15 miles
  east of Marshfield, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
