  one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

  across the warned area, and Doppler radar indicated a new line of 
  showers and heavy thunderstorms moving into the area from the 
  west. An inch to an inch and a half of rain has already fallen. 
  Flash flooding is already occurring with some streams out of their 
  banks, and additional flash flooding is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Wellston, Nelsonville, Glouster,
  Mcarthur, Albany, Coolville, Chesterhill, Lake Hope State Park,

At 1045 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
heavy rain falling across the warned area. Three quarters of an inch 
to an inch of rain has already fallen. Runoff from previous rains 
will continue to flow into streams and creeks. Flash flooding is 
either already occurring or will begin or resume shortly, and will 
continue tonight. There were several road closures due to high water.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Wellston, Nelsonville, Glouster, Mcarthur,
Albany, Coolville, Chesterhill, Lake Hope State Park, Forked Run
State Park, Williamstown, Tuppers Plains, Chester, Chauncey, Hamden,
Buchtel, Jacksonville and Murray City.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.
