* At 1242 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Over one inch of rain has already fallen in a very
short period of time. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly
in low lying and flood prone areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grayson, Princess and Coalton.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
