which is in effect from noon Thursday to 7 PM PST Friday. 

* Changes: New Wind Advisory issued for this area. 
 
* Timing: Winds will begin to increase Thursday afternoon, with
  stronger winds possible by Friday.

* Winds: Thursday...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
  Friday...Southwest to west 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph. 
  Wind prone locations could see even higher gusts.

* Wave Heights on Pyramid Lake: 2 to 4 feet Thursday, increasing
  to 3 to 5 feet Friday. Avoid recreational boating activity due
  to dangerous lake conditions.
