* Until 845 PM MDT.
* At 552 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Spring Burn Scar.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow
moving through the Wagon Creek drainage and other drainages south of
HWY 160. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.
This includes the following streams and drainages...Wagon
Creek...Middle Creek...Bear Creek...Indian Creek...Idlewild
Creek...Vega Creek...South Middle Creek.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move away from recently burned areas. Life-threatening flooding of
creeks, roads and normally dry arroyos is likely. The heavy rains
will likely trigger rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep
terrain, especially in and around these areas.

At 645 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated up to 0.4 inches of rain has
fallen. Currently, no rain is falling within the warned area. Flash
flooding is expected to continue.
