The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 6 AM Thursday to 6 AM PST Friday. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * TIMING... * IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds.
