* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to rise to near
  14.8 feet by late this morning.the river will fall below flood stage by late 
  this afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet...Businesses on Delaware Route 7 begin to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.7 feet on Apr 15
