Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 459 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 to 3 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall is moving across the area which is expected to lead to additional Flash flooding. * Some locations that could experience flooding include... Middletown, Mount Pleasant, Townsend and Odessa. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
