The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 619 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is
  expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Bernville, Strausstown, Lenhartsville, Fairview
  Hgts, Spring Ridge, Centerport, Wyomissing Hills and West Lawn.

Additional rainfall amounts up to two inches are possible in the 
warned area in the next couple of hours.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM EDT FOR
CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 806 PM EDT, automated rain gauges indicated two to four inches of 
rain have occurred in the Strausstown and Shoemakersville areas in 
the past couple of hours. Though the heaviest rain has ended, runoff 
may lead to flash flooding in the warning area during the next 
couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport,
Shoemakersville, Bernville, Strausstown, Lenhartsville, Fairview
Hgts, Spring Ridge, Centerport, Wyomissing Hills and West Lawn.
