Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey... East central Burlington County in southern New Jersey... * Until 645 AM EDT. * At 1251 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in some areas over the last hour or two with additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches in the next couple of hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain, especially where training occurs. * Some locations that could experience flooding include... At 411 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell across the
warned area and resulted in 3 to 5 inches of rainfall. Although the
heaviest rain has moved south of the region, light to moderate rain
continues, and flash flooding is ongoing.
