...MINOR FLOODING LIKELY ALONG NORTHERN PORTIONS OF BARNEGAT 
BAY...

* LOCATIONS...Along Barnegat Bay in Ocean County, especially from
  Seaside Heights northward through Bay Head.

* TIMING...Through early this evening.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Southerly winds are pushing water up
  Barnegat Bay. Minor tidal flooding is likely into this evening.
  The combination of fresh water runoff from the rain and higher 
  than normal tides will lead to minor roadway flooding in low 
  lying areas near the bay.
