* At 449 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain has now 
  moved out of the area. While new flooding is not anticipated...
  existing flooding will continue into the evening hours until all 
  excess water can drain into the Bay.  The flood warning issued 
  earlier for the area will continue to give ponded water the 
  necessary time to drain.

* At 848 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated another batch of moderate 
  rain moving across the central portion of the Delmarva Peninsula. 
  While this activity is not expected to produce additional 
  flooding...runoff from earlier rain continues to cause elevated 
  water conditions across the area. The Flood Warning has therefore 
  been extended until 100 AM to provide additional time for this 
  water to drain.

CANCELLED FOR KENT...TALBOT...QUEEN ANNE'S...CENTRAL CAROLINE AND
SOUTHERN KENT COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. There will be some renewed steady rainfall 
by morning but it should only slow down the the gradual recession of 
any remaining residual flood waters.  Therefore, the primary 
flooding threat has ended. The St Johns River in Dover Delaware 
crested just below flood stage at 10 PM Sunday and was now also very 
slowly receding.
