Strong winds will be possible in the lee northern Cascade Mountains. Damage to small tree branches with power outages will be possible. Isolated roof damage may also occur in the Wenatchee Area and on the Waterville Plateau with the strongest wind gusts. Windy conditions are also expect to develop across portions of the Upper Columbia Basin and off of the Northeast Mountains into the Washington Palouse.
