* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...There is a low threat of property damage.
Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations
near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect around 1 to 2 feet of
inundation above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some
roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks, lawns
and homes/businesses with basements near the waterfront will
experience shallow flooding.
* SURF AND RIP CURRENT RISK...High risk of rip current
development with surf height of 4 to 6 feet.
* TIMING...Through early this evening for the high risk of
rip currents. This morning during high tide for the minor
coastal flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
