  warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. 
  Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small 
  creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses 
  as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Yonkers, Stamford, New Rochelle, White Plains, Mott Haven, East
  Tremont, Port Chester, New Canaan, Rye, Mount Kisco, Harlem,
  Greenwich, Riverdale, Co-op City and Harrison.

is expected to begin shortly.

Canaan, Rye, Mount Kisco, Greenwich, Harrison, Scarsdale, Bronxville,
Hawthorne, Bedford and Mount Vernon.
