  and another one to two and half inches is possible over the next 
  hour or two. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

  McMinnville, Manchester, Woodbury, Tullahoma, Gruetli-Laager, Tracy
  City, Monteagle, Altamont, Coalmont, Morrison, Palmer, Beersheba
