...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM SUNDAY TO 5 AM PDT MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM Sunday to 5 AM PDT
Monday.

* WINDS...Northeast 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* TIMING...Northeast winds will increase during the day Sunday
  with the strongest winds likely Sunday evening into early Monday
  Morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be 
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM SUNDAY TO 10 AM PDT
MONDAY...

* WINDS...North to Northeast sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph with
  gusts up to 60 mph.

* LOCATION...Elevations above 1000 feet in the North Bay.
  Strongest winds are expected at the higher elevations of Napa
  County and eastern Sonoma County.

* TIMING...North to northeast winds will increase Saturday night
  and become locally strong and gusty from late Saturday night
  into Sunday. Gusty winds are then expected to increase further 
  late Sunday and Sunday night, and also become more widespread. 
  Strongest winds are expected from Sunday evening through late 
  Sunday night. Winds will diminish by midday Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.
