.This river forecast is based on observed precipitation and snowmelt
as well as forecast precipitation of near half an inch over the next
48 hours. The National Weather Service will monitor this developing 
situation and issue followup statements as conditions or forecasts 
change.

.This river forecast is based on observed Rain and Snowfall along with
Warmer Temperatures melting the winter snow pack and Running off into the 
River, causing the river to rise above flood stage.

The forecast is also based on forecast precipitation over the next 24 hours. 
Any Heavy rainfall could cause river levels to rise even higher than predicted. 

The National Weather Service will continue to monitor this developing situation 
and issue followup statements as conditions warrant or forecasts change.
