* WINDS...20 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph or slightly higher.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous driving conditions especially in high 
  profile vehicles. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 25 to 39 mph or frequent
gusts of 30 to 39 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make
driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use
extra caution.

...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Mobile has cancelled the Wind
Advisory. 

Latest observations indicate that west to northwest wind gusts
have remained below 26 kts or 30 mph for the past few hours. This
is below the necessary criteria to maintain the wind advisory 
along the Gulf coast. Breezy west northwest winds look to continue
from 15 to 20 knots with occasional higher gusts the remainder of
the afternoon.
