* At 549 PM CST, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located 38 nm south of Farewell Buoy, moving north
at 25 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
