* At 1228 AM CST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across
  the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have already fallen.
  Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Thomasville, Butler, Grove Hill, Saint Stephens, Whatley, Lisman,
  Millry, Silas, Coffeeville, Pennington, Fulton, Gilbertown and
  Toxey.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the 
warned area.
