* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Covington County in south central Alabama...
  Northern Okaloosa County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 1100 PM CDT Monday.

* At 458 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a band of very heavy rain 
  associated with Subtropical Storm Alberto moving into northern 
  Okaloosa County and southern Covington County. Radar estimates 
  rainfall amounts around 2 inches per hour in this band. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly as this band rotates slowly 
  northward across the warned area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crestview, Andalusia, Opp, Florala, Laurel Hill and Lockhart. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
