with Dry Vegetation FOR Orange and Seminole Counties...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT
this evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA... Orange... Seminole.

* WIND...Southwest around 10 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Lowest relative humidity 25 to 30 percent with 4 to 6
  hours below 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
