The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT
this evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA...Orange...Seminole...Osceola...Brevard. 

* WIND...West to Northwest 5 to 10 mph turning East as the sea
  breeze pushes inland in the afternoon.

* HUMIDITY...Lowest humidity around 20 percent over the interior
  counties with around 8 hours of critical RH below 35 percent.
  The sea breeze will limit Brevard county to 4 to 6 hours of
  critical RH. 

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
