The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties as well as areas west of Interstate 95 in Brevard county. * WIND...Northwest to north winds 10-15 mph this morning, becoming northeast and subsiding to around 10 mph this afternoon. * HUMIDITY...Rapidly falling below 35 percent late in the morning and then into the upper 10s to low 20s this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
