EVENING FOR INTERIOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM EDT this
evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA... Orange... Seminole... Osceola counties.

* WIND...Southeast 5 to 10 mph. 

* HUMIDITY...Falling to between 25 and 30 percent for four hours
  or more. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
