  was located over Monticello, or 12 miles north of Monroe, moving
  north at 20 mph.

           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located near New Glarus, or 12 miles southwest of Oregon, moving
north at 20 mph.
