* Until 130 AM CDT Saturday.
* At 724 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen
between Dupo and Fairview heights in the past threes hours. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Belleville, O'Fallon, East St. Louis, Collinsville, Fairview
Heights, Cahokia, Swansea, Shiloh, Columbia, Mascoutah,
Centreville, Lebanon, Freeburg, Caseyville, Washington Park, Dupo,
Millstadt, Madison, New Baden and Scott AFB.
This includes Interstate 64 in Illinois between exits 9 and 23.
