West central St. Francois County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 415 AM CDT. * At 1017 PM CDT, local fire officials reported that Highway O was closed near Highway 67 in St. Francois County. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area since this afternoon. Additional thunderstorms are expected to move over the warned area tonight and may produce additonal heavy rainfall. This also includes St. Joe State Park, Hawn State Park, and Missouri Mines Historic Site. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
