...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT THURSDAY...

The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a
Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 3 AM PDT Thursday. 

* WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts between 35 and 45 mph.
  Strongest in the Santa Ynez Range and associated foothills from
  San Marcos Pass west.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially 
  for drivers of high profile vehicles. Affected highways 
  include the 101 and 154.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty
cross winds.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WINDS...Northwest to north winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts between
  35 and 45 mph are expected across the area. The strongest winds
  are expected in the Santa Ynez Range and associated foothills
  from San Marcos Pass west. Isolated winds gusts to near 50 mph
  are possible in the hills above Refugio and Gaviota State 
  Beaches.

* TIMING...Gusty Sundowner winds will continue across Southern
  Santa Barbara County tonight and possibly develop again 
  Thursday afternoon and night, as well.
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially
  for drivers of high profile vehicles. Affected highways include
  Highways 101 and 154.
