...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN TRIMBLE COUNTY...

At 227 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding 
southeast of Bedford along Highway 421. Doppler radar estimates up 
to three inches of rain have fallen in the area. While the rain has 
stopped in the flash flood area, water will remain high for the next 
several hours. Do not attempt to drive through flooded roadways!
