...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

.A strong cold front will result in strong northerly winds that 
will continue through the mid afternoon hours. Winds will diminish
as the pressure gradient relaxes and high pressure builds across
the area by late afternoon into the evening hours.

Advisory, which is in effect until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* WINDS...20 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

  become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, on
